for the first time I left home to further study in Shah Alam..
packed 2 bags of clothes and necessities
I departed to a brand new place..
i was the only one from Muar to enroll in the A-Level Medicine..
other friends went into different pre-u programme..
so we were allocated into different hostel groups..
randomly i chose to sit beside a girl
who lookED smart and decent with her spects and formal wear..
next to her is another friendly girl who tried her best to know everyone there..
so they were the 2 gals who became my housemates..
together with another 2 gals who became my roommates..
later on
when we were allocated into our respective classes
so glad to see one of the housemates was in the same class..
at least i know someone in the class..
since we were in the same house and same class
we got close fast and soon to realise that
she is NOT like what i expected from the first impression she gave when i saw her the very first day!
she can be so cheeky and she actually dun like study so much!
i felt so relief bcs i thought i would be entering a world with all smarties who only study in their life.. =P
somehow we clicked..
we can share and talk about so many things in common..
maybe A-Level was relaxing..
we did many crazy stuff together..
eg. go play badminton and cheong-k when we were having A-Level exam..
or went out late, passed curfew then had to stay in some motel in kl..
we even panjat the pagar during early morning bcs the gate not yet open.. =P
after A-Level
we entered IMU together..
again we became housemate for another 2 and a half year...
again we spent our uni life happily by not-only-studying... ^^
shopping, cheong K, organise activities, movie marathon etc..
after IMU,
we went Glasgow together to complete the final year
again we were housemates..
and we travelled, cooked, pillow-talked together
i ever said this to her
"aiya, i will see u for 6 years! dont worry la, we can see each other for quite long"
and now, the 6 years were gone..
she is now in Ipoh and
i am in JB..
one north one south..
sometimes we may meet in KL..
but i do miss the time she hopped into my room...
or i go kacau her when i felt bored during study break..
now when i am back in my room,
there is no one to kacau me
no one pops her head in and checks what am i doing..
miss u really much, RENLY LIM!!!
